LEOMINSTER, MA (June 2, 2025) – PEAK Performance Compounding, a trusted provider of custom polymer solutions, has named Bill Malavich as General Manager. In this role, Bill will lead daily compounding operations and support the company’s ongoing pursuit of manufacturing efficiency, material advancements, and uncompromising product quality.

With more than 35 years of experience in the plastics industry, Bill brings a strong track record of technical expertise and leadership. He spent 26 years at Haartz Corporation, where he most recently served as R&D Manager for Automotive Exteriors. His work spans a wide range of applications, particularly in automotive, with additional contributions to the marine and industrial sectors.

A graduate of UMass Lowell, Bill holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Plastics Engineering. His academic foundation and hands-on experience reflect a lifelong commitment to material science and performance-based solutions. He also brings a unique ability to connect engineering principles with practical outcomes, a quality that aligns with PEAK’s customer-focused approach to compounding.

“We are thrilled to welcome Bill to the PEAK team,” said Todd Marchand, Co-Owner of PEAK Performance Compounding. “His proven leadership, extensive polymer knowledge, and decades of experience will be instrumental as we continue to expand our footprint in the medical device market and other high-performance industries.”

As General Manager, Bill will focus on advancing PEAK’s operational capabilities, strengthening industry partnerships, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver reliable, application-driven solutions across critical markets. His leadership will also play a key role in optimizing internal processes and enhancing service to customers in medical, industrial, and consumer sectors.
